Privacy policy
As Intended Studio Ltd takes a straightforward approach to privacy. We collect as little as possible, we are clear about what we do with it, and we do not use cookies or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

What we collect and why
We collect personal information in two situations.
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. This information is submitted via Web3Forms and delivered to our email inbox. We use it to respond to your enquiry. We do not store it on any server we control.
When you book a Clarity Session, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment has been made and your email address for follow-up. Stripe handles all payment data. We do not store card details or payment information.
We do not collect any other personal information. We do not run advertising. We do not use social media pixels. We do not build profiles.
Analytics
This site uses Umami Analytics. Umami records aggregate, anonymous data: pageviews, referral sources, device types and general geographic region. It does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not store any information on your device. No consent is required.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is nothing to accept or decline.
How long we keep your information
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are relevant to an active or potential client relationship, and deleted when they are no longer needed. Stripe payment records are retained in line with Stripe's own data retention policy and our accounting obligations (six years, per HMRC requirements).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form > or write to us at the registered address above. We will respond within one calendar month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third-party services
This site uses Web3Forms for form submissions and Stripe for payment processing. Both operate under their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle data on their platforms.
