Clarity Session guarantee

The Clarity Session comes with a straightforward guarantee. If you attend the session and leave without a clear diagnosis and at least one actionable path forward, ask for a refund and you will receive one in full within five working days. No questions asked.

The guarantee applies when the session has taken place and a written plan has been delivered. It does not apply to cancellations or no-shows, or where the session and plan were delivered as described and the request relates to disagreement with the recommendations rather than the quality or usefulness of the output.

One session per person or business. The guarantee cannot be used to attend a Clarity Session and then engage a competitor to deliver the same work.

If you have a concern about your session, contact Tom directly before requesting a refund. Most concerns are resolved quickly in conversation.
